What Services Do You Offer?
We can help with appliance issues, bathroom and toilet problems, bleeding a radiator, burst pipes, condensation, electrical faults, fire prevention tips, broken fixtures and fittings, water leaks, home security and more. What Are My Tenant Responsibilities?
As one of our fabulous tenants, your responsibilities include replacement of light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, removal of garden refuse and day to day maintenance of the interior and exterior area of your property.
